This course provides overview of the agile business analysis approach and teaches techniques that fit well with the agile approach and philosophy. Not only will you gain role-specific tips of the trade, but also understand what is valuable or possible, based on real examples, which will help to stimulate collaboration and continuous improvement within agile team.

This course is extended with respect to the original 2 days course offered by iSQI because it now includes a study case that illustrates how the theoretical concepts can be used by the agile team. During this workshop participants will learn the framework for agile business analysis and techniques that can help them in performing business analysis tasks on daily basis.
