Design Thinking Workshop
By attending this 2-day workshop you will gain a deep understanding of what Design Thinking is and how it can be applied in your organization to discover latent needs of your stakeholders. Our approach is “learning by doing”. Participants will learn and use Design Thinking mindset and tools to approach a set challenge, so that after the course they can go back to their organization and apply what they have learnt.
This workshop introduces participants to Design Thinking mindset through learning by doing. Participants will learn and use Design Thinking mindset and tools to approach a set challenge.
-Adopt a human-centred mindset – understanding the users’ context and influencers, their values, motivations and frustrations.
-Identify and define the users’ unmet needs and reframe the problem.
-Think creatively, using brainstorming techniques to generate out of the box ideas.
-Explore and experiment
– try and test ideas with users through rudimentary prototypes in order to validate assumptions.
-Adjust ideas according to customer feedback to ensure that they are validated by users.
-Work in a collaborative manner and understand the value of multidisciplinary teams.
The training days run from 9 am to 5 pm, including a break. In this professional and practice-oriented training the following topics are covered:

This 2-day workshop is for anyone wishing to understand and apply the Design Thinking mindset and tools in his/her organization. You will learn the Design Thinking approach and use it on a set challenge, so when you are back at your organization you can directly apply the learnings.
